A snow storm on the eve of my first wedding of 2023, luckily everything cleared up just in time!
Justin and Liana's wedding had everything you could ever want in a winter wedding day: snow, fur, a beautiful fireside ceremony, lots of dancing and boozy hot cider!
THE WEDDING VENUE
Justin and Liana hosted their beautiful wedding at Harrington Farm located in the charming small town of Princeton, MA. Harrington Farm has 60 acres of property sitting high on the rolling hills of central Massachusetts near the Wachusett Mountain, and offers some stunning views. We easily got about 18 inches of snow, so luckily we were able to use the covered porched and the space by the outside fireplace for photos. The ceremony in front of the indoor fireplace was perfect; intimate, warm and candlelit.
THE First look
Justin and Liana's first look couldn't have been any sweeter. The first look is honestly one of my favorite moments of the wedding day. While it’s ultimately up to you and your partner whether you choose to do a first look or not, I highly recommend them! It's usually a private moment between the couple and away from family and friends before they officially tie the knot. It provides a chance for couples to express their emotions without feeling self-conscious in front of others. By doing a first look, it also allows more time for photos of just the couple. This means we're able to get more creative shots without feeling rushed or having to worry about your guests waiting.
Justin was overwhelmed with joy as he patiently waited for his bride to approach. Seeing his reaction, made me teary eyed right along side him. Seeing both their faces light up with joy at the sight of each other is simply the best.
A Fireside reception
The reception decor for Justin and Liana's wedding was effortless and romantic! The reception was lit by warm string lights, glowing candles surrounded by white roses and thecrackling fireplace. It couldn’t have been more romantic for a winter wedding.
Their family had a great night on the dance floor. I love guests and couples who know how to celebrate! The night was full of laughter, joy and celebration for Justin and Liana's marriage to one another.
